Ruoholahdenkatu 21 eli Kiila on loft-henkinen toimistokiinteistö ydinkeskustan tuntumassa. Rakennus valmistui vuonna 1952 Uuden Suomen kirjapainoksi ja toimi painotalona 1980-luvulle saakka, minkä jälkeen se oli muun muassa Ilmarisen pääkonttorina. Perusteellisessa peruskorjauksessa syksyllä 2019 rakennus palautettiin alkuperäiseen henkeensä. Huonekorkeus ja näyttävät ristikkoikkunat nostettiin jälleen esiin, talotekniikka uusittiin ja katolle rakennettiin terassit. Lopputuloksena on seitsemän kerrosta ja yhteensä 10 000 neliötä muunneltavaa toimistotilaa, joka kunnioittaa rakennuksen teollista historiaa.
Palvelut
Vuokralaisten käytössä ovat aulapalvelut, lounasravintola ja kahvila, kokoustiloja, hot desk -työpisteitä, oma pysäköintihalli, pyöräparkki sekä sosiaalitilat suihkuineen. Sähköautoille on omat latauspisteet. POOL Flex -tilat täydentävät perinteistä toimistovuokrausta joustavilla ratkaisuilla. Lyhyen matkan päässä palvelee korttelikeskus Ruohis, josta löytyvät muun muassa Citymarket, kuntokeskus, apteekki, Alko ja Postin palvelut sekä lukuisia ravintoloita ja kahviloita.
Liikenneyhteydet
Raitiovaunupysäkille on 150 metriä ja bussipysäkille 120 metriä. Metroasemalle on 580 metriä ja päärautatieasemalle 1,3 kilometriä. Helsinki-Vantaan lentoasemalle kertyy matkaa noin 20 kilometriä. Sijainti ydinkeskustan tuntumassa tekee kohteesta erinomaisesti saavutettavan sekä julkisella että omalla autolla.
