The buildings are named after famous explorers' ships, and Nina was the smallest ship of Columbus' first expedition - believed to have been his favorite as well. The building was completed in 2001. The office spaces are bright with sea views, and the spaces can be adapted into open offices or separate rooms according to the company's needs.
