Vuokrattavat toimitilat sijaitsevat rakennuksen molemmissa päädyissä kahtena erillisenä kokonaisuutena: Konttori ja Byrå, yhteensä noin 10 000 m². Logomossa järjestetään viikoittain konsertteja, kokouksia, seminaareja, näyttelyjä ja muita tapahtumia, mikä tekee kiinteistöstä elävän toimintaympäristön.
