The Business Center Bureaux Sur l'Eau has 23 equipped offices on a barge, the office area varies from 12 to 65 m², which is 2 to 10 workstations per office. Some areas are divided into 2 offices, others have transparent or opaque partitions, others have a bay window with a balcony overlooking the Seine. A meeting room is also available on board as well as a reception area. The offices are accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Each office is equipped with at least a wooden desk, a leather chair, a sideboard, internet access and a telephone. However, each occupant can bring their own furniture and personalize their office as they wish.

The Meeting Room

The Business Center has a meeting room that can accommodate 8 people. It is equipped with internet, a telephone, a whiteboard and a video projector.

You can use it to receive your clients, hold your general assembly or simply organize your welcome drink on board!

The rate for the meeting room is €25 per hour excluding tax, then decreasing depending on the total duration used. For individuals and companies domiciled in our business center, the meeting room is available at the preferential rate of €20 per hour excluding tax.

If you have already subscribed to a telephone line with us, we can switch it to the meeting room so that you can use your phone in the meeting room as if it were your own office.
