We are developers, researchers, animators, graphic designers, writers... and we are looking for artists or freelancers to share the life of our workspace in a "professional flatshare" atmosphere, lively and warm!
The space is located in the 11th arrondissement, 200m from Ledru Rollin metro station, overlooking an inner courtyard with bike storage. It is spacious, recently renovated, and includes:
- an open space,
- a fully equipped kitchen (fridges, oven, microwave, etc.),
- a bathroom with shower,
- in the basement, a break room with a coffee machine, and a large soundproofed meeting/projection room.
Many activities take place there: game nights, music, drawing sessions, parties... We love to welcome people!
The office spaces available for rent can be arranged according to your preferences.The cost of a spot is 250€ HT per month.
This rate includes:
- your dedicated workspace, unfurnished, but we have some furniture to lend if needed,
- a fiber optic connection (wired or wifi),
- utilities (electricity, heating, cleaning),
- and free access to the premises on weekdays and weekends.
