General Condd i t ions:
Once confirmation is sent, we will invoice the company. Advance of 25% to be paid for confirmation and balance payment must be made 2 days before the event. Security Deposit - Rs.10,000/- to be given to Centre which will be adjusted against last minute cancelletions. Extra hour charges Rs.3,000/- per hrs (upto 1hours.) Interview Cabin charges are applicable 800/- per hours & Full Day (8 hours) charges is 6000/-5. Tea/Coffee, / Tea+Coffee+Cookies will be charged extra @ 35+GST per person / 55+GST per person.
6.Only Vegetarian food is served.All confirmed orders to be placed 72 hrs before commencement of function, along with complete payment. Catering if required will be charged additional, at the rates mutually agreed.100% Payment to be made 2 days before the event toword F & B. No refund if cancelled 24 hours prior to the event.
7.GST & other taxes extra as applicable.
8.Outside food is not allowed.
Consumption of any alcoholic products are not allowed. No smoking inside or outside seminar hall. No arms & ammunitions allowed inside & out side the premises. Seminar Halls cannot be booked on Republic Day, Independence Day & Gandhi Jayanti. Requests for reservation of seminar Halls I meeting rooms to be made to us along with client profile & event details. Charges include the hall, water & wi-fi. Any other additional services needed to be ordered separately & additional charges appiy. All persons attending the event I training etc must be registered and be inpossession of a valid govt. id proof.This will be the responsibility of the client I agent.
The customer is responsible for any damage, break or theft caused by self I his guests Iparticipanrts. The customer undertakes to refund any damage to the conference
Booking timings need to be adhered to, extra time will be charged at per hour rate subject to availability & as per terms & conditions.Cancellation Policy :Cancellation of the booking once booking form has been received
by us (even if not invoiced) will incur cancellation charges of 15% of the booking amount. If information received three days before the event.
