Beyond the garden and the luminous glass doors, we enter a multifunctional space with a unique style, combining a marked taste for design with the personality of a completely redeveloped former industrial space.

The entrance leads on the left to the bar area, equipped with a counter and stools, ideal for refreshments and aperitifs, characterised by exposed brickwork and great luminosity thanks to the glass wall facing outside.

There are also three tables (which may be removed) and two armchairs, for a total of about 20 comfortable seats.

To the left of the entrance is the Club area, where New York loft style meets vintage: here we find several small lounges and seats, including an imposing Chesterfield leather sofa, designer pony leather chaise longues, Barcelona armchairs, and tables made of recycled material with a contemporary line, in a cosy mood that invites relaxation and conversation.

In the club area we also find the first of the meeting rooms, for 6 to 8 people, functional and equipped with a projector, interactive whiteboard and spider to optimally manage calls and meetings. Continuing towards the back we find a large portion of space dedicated to workstations, with a long table and ample space to comfortably manage one's privacy. Along the space runs a neon light that profiles all the different areas of the Club, tying them together. There is the second of the meeting rooms, also equipped with a projector, interactive whiteboard and spider, which can also accommodate about 6-8 people.

Separated by a door that guarantees, if desired, total privacy, we find the Virtual Studio: an area consisting of a large room and a small lounge.

The room of more than 50sqm is set up with a green screen, limbo, lights and a director, ideal as a set and for virtual productions, while in the small living room we find armchairs and a sofa, perfect for creating a relaxing corner between shots. 

In addition, this area also has independent access from the internal staircase leading to number 11, an additional convenience in case you want completely independent management.

There is wi-fi in all areas and, with the exception of the Virtual Studio which has steps, Motel D is also accessible for people with disabilities.
