Parking:
For parking, parking spaces are available for rent in the outdoor area or in the parking garage under the Crown Business Center. The prices per subscription are as follows:
- Parking subscription for one rotating parking space outside on the business park €60 per month.
- Parking subscription for one rotating parking space in the CBC Lammenschans parking garage €95 per month.
- Parking subscription for one fixed parking space in the CBC Lammenschans parking garage €115 per month.

If no parking subscription is taken out, the tenant has access to the premises as a visitor, where visitors can park for free for the first 2 hours.

Delivery level:
The offices are finished with, among other things, carpeting, sun-protective glazing, suspended ceilings with built-in fixtures, and signage in the building. Some offices are equipped with air conditioning. There is also a neat pantry, toilet facilities, and an elevator.

VAT:
