The latest survey of the office space market in Bucharest brings the following results. The city's total stock reaches the point of 3,131 million square metres, with the Center-West area representing the highest concentration of state-of-the-art offices. Some other areas that offer top-notch offices for rent in Bucharest are the Calea Floreasca district, Dimitrie Pompeiu boulevard, Presei Libere Square, the CBD, and the Center-South neighbourhoods. As for the demand levels, it is quite clear that the majority of tenants are looking for offices in Bucharest with total square footage that exceeds 5000 sq.m. There is a vast number of transactions, sized from 1000 to 3000 square feet, though. Prime headline rents have remained stable for the time being. Currently, modern office space in Bucharest is offered at about EUR18,5 per sq.m. per month. As for the vacancy rate, it is 11,5% as for now, taking into account Class A and Class B venues.
