If you are considering a new office at Chalmers teknikpark, now we are offering rent in summer (June-August). We have offices spread over 1.200m2. Today, there are 35 companies and 80 individuals who have their office at Chalmers, Coronet Business Lounge. The profile of the company that sits with us is companies that are start-ups, consulting firms and service companies who want an office that is cost effective and centrally. But access to skills and Chalmers University are used by many. We have tenants from appx 20 different countries so we are truly international. The office is located in the middle of the Chalmers area in the expansive Chalmers and Johanneberg Science Park. The tram stops at Chalmers main entrance, from where it takes 5 minutes walk. Good car parking facilities are available.
