Transportation

Kista Bright is located in an excellent transportation location. If you drive, you have easy access to both the E4 and E18 highways, allowing you to reach Stockholm City, Arlanda, and Bromma airports in about 15 minutes. You can also easily reach the airports by airport bus. The Stockholm Bypass will connect from the current E4/E20 in Kungens Kurva in the south to Kista Bright and Häggvik in the north of Stockholm. When it is completed, it will only take 15 minutes by car or bus from Kungens Kurva. The office is approximately 350 meters from Akalla subway station, and it takes 20 minutes from T-Centralen. The subway will be extended north to Barkarby station with access to commuter trains (2026) and south to Nacka and Hagsätra (2030). Buses also run from here to Spånga, Mörby, Sollentuna, Vällingby, and Jakobsberg. For those who bike to work, there are bike lanes in all directions. Bike-friendliness is something we prioritize, and all our tenants have access to bike parking.

Kista Bright offers all imaginable services such as receptionists, cafes, restaurants, and conference services. Our newly built gym is located at Finlandsgatan 10, where our tenants have the opportunity to train for free in connection with their work. The gym is equipped with treadmills, bikes, free weights, exercise machines, and an exercise room for smaller group activities. In the surrounding area, there are more restaurants, a gas station with a convenience store, two well-known fast food chains, and the Good Morning Hotel. We want renting from FastPartner to be hassle-free for you. Therefore, we have developed our own shuttle bus for the area, which takes you as a tenant to and from Kista Galleria in 5 minutes during lunchtime between 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. In Kista Galleria, you will find 180 shops and restaurants, Filmstaden Kista, and O'Learys with bowling and go-karting, among other things. In addition to this, there is a wide range of services available, including postal services, healthcare centers, dentists, and much more.
