On the ground floor, there is also an auditorium with 150 seats, a restaurant, and a café. The upper floors consist of open office landscapes around central cores with smaller meeting rooms, service areas, coffee stations, and toilet facilities. Transportation:

Kista Bright is located in an excellent transportation location. If you drive, you have easy access to both the E4 and E18, allowing you to reach Stockholm City, Arlanda, and Bromma airports in about 15 minutes. You can also easily reach the airports by airport bus. The Stockholm Bypass will connect from the current E4/E20 in Kungens Kurva in the south to Kista Bright and Haggvik north of Stockholm. When completed, it will only take 15 minutes by car or bus from Kungens Kurva. The office is about 350 meters from Akalla subway station, and it takes 20 minutes from T-Centralen. The subway will be extended north to Barkarby station with access to commuter trains (2026) and south to Nacka and Hagsatra (2030). Buses also run from here to Spanga, Morby, Sollentuna, Vallingby, and Jakobsberg. For those who commute by bike, there are bike lanes in all directions. The gym is equipped with treadmills, bikes, free weights, exercise machines, and an exercise room for smaller group activities. In the vicinity, there are more restaurants, a gas station with a convenience store, two well-known fast-food chains, and Good Morning Hotel. We want it to be hassle-free for you to rent from FastPartner. Therefore, we have developed our own shuttle bus for the area, which takes you as a tenant to and from Kista Galleria in 5 minutes during lunchtime between 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. In Kista Galleria, you will find 180 shops and restaurants, Filmstaden Kista, and O'Learys with bowling and go-karting, among other things.
