The glazed entrance on the ground floor welcomes staff and visitors into a large entrance lounge with a manned reception, where you also have access to a range of concierge services. Here you will find a spacious external meeting area with conference and meeting rooms of various sizes, along with accompanying break areas. On the ground floor, there is also an auditorium with 150 seats, a restaurant, and a café. There is also a fully equipped gym with a sauna, table tennis, and space for floorball, football, etc. Gym instructor once a week. The upper floors consist of open office landscapes around central cores with smaller meeting rooms, service areas, coffee stations, and toilet facilities. The open layout allows for great flexibility, where desk spaces can be varied with project areas and spontaneous meetings. To tailor the premises to your needs, we will customize it together with you before moving in. Transportation

Kista Bright is located in an excellent transportation location. If you drive, you have proximity to both the E4 and E18, from where you can reach Stockholm City, Arlanda, and Bromma airports in about 15 minutes. You can also easily reach the airports by airport bus. The Stockholm Bypass will go from the current E4/E20 in Kungens Kurva in the south to Kista Bright and Haggvik north of Stockholm. When it is completed, it will only take 15 minutes by car or bus from Kungens Kurva. The office is about 350 meters from Akalla subway station, and it takes 20 minutes from T-Centralen. The subway will be extended north to Barkarby station with access to commuter trains (2026) and south to Nacka and Hagsatra (2030). Buses also run from here to Spanga, Morby, Sollentuna, Vallingby & Jakobsberg. For those who bike to work, there are bike lanes in all directions. Bike-friendliness is something we prioritize, and all our tenants have access to bike parking.

Kista Bright offers all conceivable services such as receptionists, cafes, restaurants, and conference services. Our newly built gym is located at Finlandsgatan 10, where our tenants have the opportunity to train free of charge in connection with their work. The gym is equipped with treadmills, bikes, free weights, exercise machines, and an exercise room for smaller group activities. In the vicinity, there are more restaurants, a gas station with a convenience store, two well-known fast-food chains, and Good Morning Hotel. We want it to be hassle-free for you to rent from FastPartner. Therefore, we have developed our own shuttle bus for the area, which takes you as a tenant to and from Kista Galleria in 5 minutes during lunchtime between 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. In Kista Galleria, you will find 180 shops and restaurants, Filmstaden Kista, and O'Learys with bowling and go-karting, among other things. In addition to this, there is a wide range of services available, including postal services, healthcare centers, dentists, and much more.
