We rent out rooms in our beautiful office at Folkungagatan 122. The office is a beautiful old turn-of-the-century space that has both private rooms and large common areas. The office has a ceiling height of 3.5m and is a total of 300sqm, carefully decorated as we see it as our second home.

The office has two common conference rooms (for 4 and 8 people respectively). There are also several other areas and smaller rooms for video meetings. In the office, there is also our self-built arcade machine and a full-size ping pong table, a pantry, and 2 toilets, one of which has a shower.

Available rooms:

1. A room of 40 sqm (no. 223 in the floor plan) with an adjoining "tower room" of about 2 sqm, perfect for phone/video meetings. Fits 6-10 people. Rent: 33,000 SEK.
2. A room of 20 sqm (no. 227 in the floor plan). Fits 4-6 people. Rent: 18,000 SEK.
3. Two adjacent rooms totaling 15 sqm (no. 227b&c in the floor plan). Fits 1-2 people. Rent: 10,000 SEK.

Other information:

* Coffee/tea, fruit, internet, electricity, alarm, cleaning, etc. are included.

* The rooms can be rented furnished or unfurnished, we are flexible.

* Space for own sign at the street entrance is available. Approx. 15x40cm in metal.

* The rent corresponds to the cost price for us.

Those of us who work here today work at Heja, which develops an app to simplify communication within global youth sports and currently has +2.5 million users. We are about 20 employees, half of whom are based in Stockholm. We are a mix of people from Sweden, England, USA, New Zealand, Australia, and more.
