We have meeting rooms, phone booths, a maker corner with a 3D printer, and at least eleven different types of coffee makers. We are here for those who want to avoid the suits and have a permanent office space in a creative environment in the heart of Södermalm. Guaranteed free from loud sales guys in the open plan office!
Private room ( A2 & A6):
We currently have two private, lockable offices available: one for 1–2 people (7 sqm) with a window facing the open-plan office area, and one for 2–3 people (14 sqm) with a window facing a quiet courtyard. Our contracts are ongoing with a three-month notice period. Longer contracts with discounted monthly rent are available upon request.
Autumn promotion: The base rent for A2 is 14,333 SEK/month and for A6 it is 8,850 SEK/month; both currently come with a discounted rate for the first six months. Details upon request.
