Children's health camp "Express" of the company "Roks-Lviv" of the Road Trade Union Organization of Lviv Railways is located in the picturesque village of Oleksandriia, Rivne district, Rivne region. Oleksandriia is located 16 km from Rivne.

On the territory of the camp (4.5 hectares) there are two dormitory buildings, a dining hall, a medical center, two isolation rooms, a dental and physiotherapy room, a football field, a volleyball court, a gymnasium, and an outdoor swimming pool.

Summer children's recreation in "Express" was carried out until 2014 inclusive. The camp has a capacity of 200 people per shift. In certain years, more than 900 children were rehabilitated in the camp for four shifts. Due to objective circumstances, the camp is currently not operating, but the camp's property, inventory, etc. are preserved. Provided that current repair work is carried out, the camp is ready to resume its activities.

It is worth noting the interesting location of the camp, its proximity to the district and regional centers. The oldest traces of human presence in the vicinity of Oleksandriia date back to the Early Bronze Age. Finds of Roman coins from the 2nd century have been discovered in the village itself. It is established that the first mention of Oleksandriia in chronicles dates back to 1518.

In the village, there are two primary and secondary schools, a kindergarten, a public-school library, a cultural center, an exemplary children's brass band, a volleyball team, two football teams, a district hospital providing outpatient, inpatient, and emergency medical care, two pharmacies, a veterinary medicine department, 10 stores, 3 cafes, an automatic telephone exchange, a post office, a branch of the Savings Bank, and a railway station.
