Because of its central location in Manhattan neighborhood, and the status of a major transit hub, millions of people pass through this area weekly. Despite being rather overcrowded, it is still a magnificent place. Vacant workspaces in Times Square are rare sites to find. Mainly, it relates to retail premises. A center of the entertainment industry draws around 50 million visitors each year. Big businesses tend to overshadow small ones in this location; still, many latter firms manage to survive and make the square an even more exciting and vibrant place to work in and visit.
