As a coach, therapist, teacher, and lecturer, I have a business in a cozy old backyard building in the Ø-district. However, I don't fully utilize the space myself, so I am looking for one or more therapists, coaches, teachers, etc., who are in need of a nice place to work. There are two rooms available in the area I have access to, one of which is furnished with a long table for 8 people, and hidden behind a curtain is a kitchenette with an espresso machine, etc.
In the other room, there is space for around 16 seated people for events such as lectures, and there is a 55-inch portable screen that can easily be connected to your own computer.
Additionally, this room is well-suited for therapeutic sessions with 1 or more people, as there is a small table and comfortable chairs available. There is also a toilet and a foldable massage table.
It is located in the basement of a backyard building with a quiet tenant upstairs, and since it is tucked away in a courtyard, it is both quiet and pleasant to be there.
Currently, I only use the space sporadically - sometimes on weekends and evenings - so if you are interested in renting it for a full or half day per week, or just a few hours occasionally, please contact me for more information.
