In collaboration with the A. Enggaard group and PKA, office premises are being offered. Nordicals is pleased to offer a highly attractive office space in the city's best location. The office building will have 11 floors, with approximately 903 m² on each floor. The preliminary sketches highlight unique and state-of-the-art facilities.
The project can be leased as a whole to a single tenant or divided for multiple tenants.
When leased to multiple tenants, the premises will offer attractive and modern shared facilities such as a cafeteria and meeting center for the tenants to use collectively.
The idea is that the floor layouts will only include small meeting rooms for internal meetings, while client meetings will be held in the designated meeting center. This provides very good "efficiency figures" in terms of "m² per employee."
There are layout sketches available, which are meant to inspire interested tenants.
There will be opportunities for tenants to have a say in the interior design and layout tailored to their specific needs and use.
Parking will be available in a separate parking and mobility building also being constructed in Banebyen.
It should be noted that this is only preliminary material that has not yet been approved by authorities.
Expected move-in date is late 2027.
