The administration areas are currently being modernized, with only the flooring being the responsibility of the tenant. The lease can be taken over as is or, by agreement, be redesigned and modernized according to the tenant's wishes, allowing the new tenant to have an influence on the future layout.
A large gravel parking lot for free use is included in connection with the administration building.
The total land area is approximately 12,000 m², fenced and shared with the landlord (HJ Tools). There are good access conditions around the buildings and significant outdoor areas that can be used for parking, storage, or warehousing by agreement.
