The halls are very regular, column-free, and have a good ceiling height of 10 meters at the ridge (8.5 meters measured to the underside of a high-level walkway through the hall) and 4.6 meters on the sides. The areas are equipped with skylights and have concrete floors. Access to the individual sections in the storage hall is through aluminum lifting gates at ground level on the side of the building, measuring either 3.7 x 4.5 meters or 4.1 x 4.5 meters (height x width).
The lease is located on a larger plot, which is fenced and paved with asphalt. The lease does not include storage on the property's exterior areas.
