Palmqvist, was built in phases from the 1950s to the 1960s, and yarns were produced there until 1974. The building has since been converted for office use. The brick building has a comb-like base divided into four wings, and the rough brick walls, rows of square windows, and a circular chimney about 50 meters high tell the industrial history of the property.
