Larun Kehräämö is a former wool spinning mill built in 1953 in Vattuniemi, Lauttasaari. Designed by architect W. G. Palmqvist, the factory was built in phases from the 1950s to the 1960s, producing yarns until 1974. The building has since been converted for office use. The brick building has a comb-like layout divided into four wings, with rough brick walls, rows of square windows, and a 50-meter tall round chimney, reflecting the property's industrial history. The spaces are spacious and bright: the ceiling height is 4.55 meters on the first floor and 3.36 meters on other floors. The office spaces can be flexibly adapted to the tenant's needs, and there are also storage facilities in the basement.
