Office for rent on Kiviaidankatu, Helsinki

The 642.5 m² office space is located on the second floor of the property and is completely raw space. The space will be renovated according to the tenant's needs.

Larun Kehräämö is a former wool spinning mill built in 1953 in Vattuniemi, Lauttasaari. Designed by architect W. G. Palmqvist, the factory was built in stages from the 1950s to the 1960s, and yarns were produced there until 1974. The building has since been converted for office use. The brick building has a comb-like base divided into four wings, and the rough brick walls, rows of square windows, and a circular chimney about 50 meters high reflect the property's industrial history. The spaces are spacious and bright: the ceiling height is 4.55 meters on the first floor and 3.36 meters on other floors. The office spaces can be flexibly adapted to the tenant's needs, and there are also storage rooms in the basement.

Transportation
Bus 21, departing from Kamppi Terminal, runs every ten minutes, and the closest bus stop is about a two-minute walk to the property. It takes about 12 minutes to walk from Lauttasaari metro station to the spinning mill, and the nearest city bike station is about 200 meters away. For those traveling by car, Länsiväylä offers smooth connections. There are parking spaces in the property's own parking garage in the basement and around the building.
