The rise of remote work has motivated many companies to turn to coworking and flexible suburban office solutions, which offer more freedom for teams of employees who just need to meet occasionally.

Since the pandemic, the trend has challenged office space traditionally located in city centers and central business districts. Today, suburbs and rural areas are attracting lower operating costs and locations closer to employees’ homes.
