SEO experts for MatchOffice

At MatchOffice we are looking for  2-3 talented SEO experts to join our team in Lviv, Ukraine.

Being a SEO expert, you will report to the head of traffic and be given your own areas of responsibility, while also having the responsibility for several of our international sites, where we are currently present in over 100 countries.

We are looking for SEO experts within several areas of expertise, and we expect you to live up to one or more of the following qualifications.

• Technical SEO

• Conversion optimization

• Linkbuilding and outreach

• Content creation

• Reporting and execution

You are going to play an important role, in getting MatchOffice to reach goals of traffic, conversions and help us become the market leader in commercial property renting.

You will work closely together with the rest of the SEO team, consisting of SEO experts, Copywriters and linkbuilders, but also our technical team and design team, to get all our websites to outperform yesterday.

There will be some content creation work, which mean that you should have intermediate English abilities.

Task and responsibilites

• Optimizing and developing our websites

• Planning and executing on actionable posibilities.

• Reporting and executing.

• Technical SEO implementation and tasks

• Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors.

• Identifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic.

• Make technical recommendations to developers.

• Monitor the algorithms set by the search engines to keep up to date with changes.

• Employ user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimisation methods to turn visitors into more active users and to help improve website performance.

Skills and experience

• 1 - 2 years experience in SEO.

• Technical knowledge is a plus.

• Intermediate English skills.

• Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices.

• Familiarization Google analytics.

• Experience with website optimization tools

• Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
