The rental prices for offices in Rotterdam depend upon the location they occupy there. The most expensive venues are found in the central part of the city; they cost around EUR120-225 per sq.m. per year. Rotterdam Brain and Alexander parks offer suites for approximately EUR130-170, accordingly. The lowest rental costs for venues are in the outskirts of the city(EUR90-130).
