We opened our doors in October 2007 and currently have about 95% occupancy of a total of 83 office rooms. We have made an effort to provide excellent service in an exclusive office environment. A personal favorite, in addition to the design of the offices, is individual cooling/heating for each room. All rooms are priced differently based on size, ceiling height, light, and overall atmosphere. I would also like to mention the strength of our flexibility for you as a customer, with short contract periods and quick move-in where we ensure that everything is ready when you arrive!
