We opened our doors in October 2007 and currently have about 95% occupancy of a total of 83 office rooms. We have made an effort to provide excellent service in an exclusive office environment. A personal favorite, in addition to the design of the offices, is individual cooling/heating for each room. All rooms are priced differently based on size, ceiling height, lighting, and overall atmosphere. We would also like to mention the strength of our flexibility for you as a customer, with short contract periods and quick move-in where we ensure that everything is ready when you arrive!
