Our over 300 square meter space has a perfect location on Krukmakargatan 22 in Södermalm, near Mariatorget subway station, bus 4, and Stockholm Södra commuter train station. In the middle of Stockholm's perhaps most restaurant and café-rich neighborhood.
Here, over 40 companies share nine workspaces, with both fixed and flexible seats. There are two conference rooms, which you can book online and easily turn into one by opening the large glass doors. The larger room is equipped with a large conference table, whiteboard, a 50-inch screen, and Apple TV. The smaller one is furnished with a sofa group. You also have access to a soundproofed phone room that also works for audio recordings. There is also a large, well-equipped kitchen and two toilets, one with a shower for those who like to cycle to work.
CO-WORKING
Here, there are both fixed and flexible seats that you have access to at all times of the day.
For the fixed seats, the rent is calculated based on the number of square meters used and therefore varies between 3,400 and 5,000 SEK per month. In addition to furniture and shared spaces, color printing, fast internet, coffee, tea, and much more are included.
The flexible seats, which we call drop-in, mean that you rent a part-time seat without a fixed desk, but otherwise have the same conditions. A drop-in seat costs 1,800 SEK per month.
