Transportation

Kista Bright is located in an excellent communication location. If you drive, you have proximity to both E4 and E18, from here you can reach Stockholm City, Arlanda, and Bromma airports in about 15 minutes. You can also easily reach the airports by airport bus. The Stockholm Bypass will go from today's E4/E20 in Kungens Kurva in the south to Kista Bright and Häggvik north of Stockholm. When it is completed, it will only take 15 minutes from Kungens Kurva by car or bus. The office is about 350 meters from Akalla subway station and it takes 20 minutes from T-Centralen. The subway will be extended north to Barkarby station with access to commuter trains (2026) and to Nacka and Hagsätra south (2030). Buses also go from here to Spånga, Mörby, Sollentuna, Vällingby & Jakobsberg. For those who bike to work, there are bike lanes in all directions. Bike-friendliness is something we prioritize and all our tenants have access to bike parking.

In Kista Bright, there is all conceivable service such as receptionists, cafes, restaurants, and conference services. Our newly built gym is located at Finlandsgatan 10, here our tenants have the opportunity to train free of charge in connection with their work. The gym is equipped with treadmills, bikes, free weights, exercise machines, and an exercise room for smaller group activities. In the vicinity, there are more restaurants, a gas station with a mini-market, two well-known fast-food chains, and Good Morning Hotel. We want it to be worry-free for you to rent from FastPartner. Therefore, we have developed our own shuttle bus for the area, which takes you as a tenant to and from Kista Galleria in 5 minutes during lunchtime between 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. In Kista Galleria, you will find 180 shops and restaurants, Filmstaden Kista, and O'Learys with, among other things, bowling & go-kart. In addition to this, there is a comprehensive range of services including post office, medical center, dentist, and much more.
