If you drive, you have proximity to both E4 and E18, from here you can reach Stockholm City, Arlanda, and Bromma airports in about 15 minutes. You can also easily reach the airports by airport bus. The Stockholm Bypass will go from the current E4/E20 in Kungens Kurva in the south to Kista Bright and Haggvik north of Stockholm. When it is completed, it will only take 15 minutes by car or bus from Kungens Kurva. The office is about 350 meters from Akalla subway station and it takes 20 minutes from T-Centralen. The subway will be extended north to Barkarby station with access to commuter trains (2026) and to Nacka and Hagsatra south (2030). Buses also run from here to Spanga, Morby, Sollentuna, Vallingby, and Jakobsberg. For those who bike to work, there are bike lanes in all directions. Bike-friendliness is something we prioritize and all our tenants have access to bike parking.
