The rental units consist of open larger and smaller open-plan environments supplemented with smaller quiet rooms and meeting rooms, as well as copy/print facilities in the central core of the rental units. All rental units on the floor have access to a centrally located open shared kitchen in the atrium. The large shared kitchen provides a natural flow and meeting place for the companies' employees, where social interaction and informal collaboration can take place over a cup of coffee across the organizations in the companies. The property's three elevators, one of which is a wide goods elevator, as well as the main staircase, are located adjacent to the atrium.
