The landlord is set to undertake an extension to Skejbyparken 154, approximately 1,600m². The extension has been designed and building permission has been obtained. AROS Privathospital, which leases the existing building, rents the ground floor. 

The first floor, totaling approx. 790 m², is available for lease to businesses operating within healthcare and treatment-related fields.

The premises will be fitted with clinic/consultation rooms in various sizes, a staff kitchen with access to a shared rooftop terrace, multiple utility rooms, and restrooms.

The lease will be delivered as newly built with a high-quality standard fit-out, including one sink per clinic/consultation room. This standard fit-out is included in the rent. Additional customization or specific requirements - such as a higher number of clinic rooms - will be at the tenant’s expense, either directly or through a rental supplement. Special layout requests will be agreed upon between the parties.

Tenants will also have access to shared facilities such as the reception area and a patient waiting room with a coffee station.

Expected move-in is approximately 12 months after signing the lease agreement.
