The property was originally built in 2000 and has an area of approx. 900 m². In connection with the development of AROS Sundhedscenter, the property is currently undergoing an extension and extensive renovation. The interior design is awaiting rental, so that the tenants themselves can design the desired rooms and interior design.
THE PREMISES
In Skejbyparken 152 a part of the property is designed as a clinic community, and considering the intended future use, the tenants will preferably be businesses within treatment, health, and similar.
There are currently two available clinic rooms: Room 5 and Room 6. The clinic community already has four tenants, and you will join these tenants in a shared responsibility for managing the common areas.
The lease is taken over with a high-quality standard fitting, including newly renovated and orderly floors and ceilings, freshly painted walls, and one sink per clinic/consultation room.

SKEJBYPARKEN 154
The landlord is in the process of constructing an extension to Skejbyparken 154, totaling approx. 1,680 m². The construction is already underway. AROS Private Hospital, which currently leases the existing building, intends to expand its tenancy by approx. 800 m² within the new extension. The remaining part of the extension—approx. 884 m²—is available for lease to businesses operating within healthcare and treatment-related fields.
Tenants will have access to shared facilities, including a reception area and a patient waiting room.
The premises will be delivered as newly built with a high-quality standard fit-out, including one sink per clinic/consultation room. This standard fit-out is included in the rent.
Additional customization or specific requirements—such as a higher number of clinic rooms—will be at the tenant’s expense, either directly or through a rental supplement. Special layout requests will be agreed upon between the parties.
