Nyt spændende butikscenter i Skovlunde

Mellem Skovlunde St. og Ballerup Boulevard opføres det nye Skovlunde Center Nord, hvor der kommer masser af spændende butikker at handle i. Bl.a. åbner Meny en af deres største butikker på Sjælland, hvor i der også kommer Farumhus og Gamst Blomster. Der er også indgået aftale med Normal og Lagkagehuset og Netto har allerede etablerede butikker.

Derudover forefindes allerede Skovlunde Apotek, Stender, Frisørsalon New Hairdesign, Nybolig og Kebab King. I området bygges der også +650 boliger. Kommunens vision med området er at skabe rammer for et mere spændende og attraktivt byliv. Butikkerne bliver i størrelsen 90 - 163 m² og leveres som whitebox, så lejer selv kan indrette efter ønske.

Butikkerne bliver højloftet og lyse og har store glasfacader mod det nye gågade Bystrædet, som bliver den gennemgående gade fra Skovlunde St. til Ballerup Boulevard, hvor der er forbindelse til Skovlunde Center Syd. Området får flere grønne områder, hvor beboerne i området og de handlende kan nyde det nye område.
