Valby is a district in Copenhagen with a population of over 46 thousand residents. The neighbourhood is mainly known for being the original birthplace of the Carlsberg brewery. Lots of industrial units were also located around the territory of the district, and even with modern redevelopment plans in motion, Valby remains a favourable spot for the establishment and growth of businesses. Experts state that in the nearest future, Valby is going to become a new, high-density neighbourhood, as it nowadays faces an influx of residents and businesses. The entrepreneurial community in the region consists of representatives of pharmaceutics, biotech, shipping, banking, ICT, energy, and a range of other industries. Microsoft, M&G plc., Maersk Group, Novo Nordisk, etc. already have offices in Valby. And, although the local commercial real estate market doesn’t enlist as many options as more central districts of the capital city, it still has everything to cater to the needs of even the most demanding tenants.
